30 customized copies of "Game Four" with special "Mistakes On Purpose" sticker pack, signed by the band with 12" with black vinyl with printed inner sleeves, housed in heavy-weight matt-flooded outer sleeve with gloss finish detail and holographic hand-numbered sticker.

The pictures only display where the stickers might go. Customers will receive the unused sticker pack, as shown in Pic #5 and can place the stickers where they like.
